Hoop Blah: a phrase describing ones feelings;

can replace any adjective when at a loss for words;
most commonly used in place of words such as but not limited to: ugh, sigh, or any kind of words like that.

"how are you feeling today?"

"i don't know, today's just been a long day. hoop blah"
