A very, very, very overwieght individual. Generally English with blonde, homosexual hair. They are usually complete assholes with no sense of humour. They think they are cool but are not nearly anything like this. They (not to be rude) have a small penis.

Tyler Higdon 

One of the nine leaders of the Chasma Templum, a global order of Neo-Chaotists who's agenda is unknown. Tyler Higdon, being the "4th pillar", is patriarch to the "5th pillar" in accordance with their system of rank. He lives somewhere in the state of Georgia.
