Stealing a deal (order) someone else has been working on while they are off and putting it into your own name. Then getting paid an extra (gash) bonus for doing it.

Mark: He called yesterday when you were off.

Mark: Yes, I dealt him up yesterday in my name, I've also been paid a Gash Bonus
