Is generally reffering to someone with a dirty pedro. This person would be related or called by a female or relationship figure. To be someones bear for instance,In this case a fuz muffin would be a male with a sanchez, pedro, or just plain hairy facial features during the act of loveable mention towards a boyfriend.
