Southern slang for a gay guy or woman. Usually a code word since most yankees have no idea what we're alluding to.
Homer- "Ummm,I gotta a question about Jason....."
Mike-" Oh yeah cuz, he's a fruit rabbit!"
Homer- "Yep I pretty much came that conclusion!"
