A Nutrition commonly associated with the German city of Frankfurt am Main (Finance capital of Europe and high rate of drug usage) which consists of the three K's: Koks, Kippe und Kaffee (Coke, Cigarette and Coffee) which tends to lower one's body weight considerably

Homeless Person: Hey, you seem to have adapted yourself well to the Frankfurt lifestyle.
Banker: Why would you say that
Homeless Person: You have lost weight substantially due to the Frankfurter Ernährung.
Banker: Do you mean Koks, Kippe und Kaffee?
