Pretty much the same thing as "Chill" in all GOOD context of the word. Also, it can mean to "let go."
"Hey, you want to Fluff Out?" (chill, hang out, party)
"Yo, you just need to fluff out." (calm down, let it go)
"Yo, you just need to fluff out." (calm down, let it go)
