Wanking reverse underhand and wiping your ass from the front whilst standing shoulder width apart and slightly bent forward as though you were playing golf.
It was affecting my game so I did a Fappy Gilmore in the bunker to relax. My swing was a lot better after that and I went on the finish off the last 9 holes.
