Faker Shaker

Someone that attempts to be a person they really aren't. Tend to act differently in front of different people.
Is generally due to a lack of self confidence or too much pill popping.

A Group may be referred to as Faker Shakers.

Person A: hey how much of a faker shaker is Katie acting like she is a rich girl in front of Steve.

Fake and Shake

When a man can't urinate as planned due to some sort of outside obstruction that's causing severe loss of concentration. This can include other men talking, little privacy, or even no sound at all. This can usually be overcome by thinking of something completely random, like teddy bears on a jungle gym covered in mustard, or any Beatles song.

Man: Psst, dude, did you piss in there?
Dude: No man, it was way too loud, and the urinals didn't have dividers!
Man: Yeah no shit dude! I had to fake and shake!
Dude: Me too man!

*Awkward Pause*
Together: We need to get laid.
