A popular nickname for retired US Navy SEAL and Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw. The nickname is a reference to John McCain, a RINO senator that Crenshaw holds similar views to and a reference to Crenshaw's dramatic choice to wear an eyepatch rather than just getting a glass eye like a normal person.
