a person who is frequently in other peoples business, wether it relates to them or not. Can also be used to describe a drama queen, someone who tries stealing other peoples jobs or responsibilities or who simply doesnt want to work hard.
I was meaning to work hard today but then I 'Elizabeth Stewart'ed' and started getting in other peoples business so I could try and steal their job.
