The act of walking bow legged due to chaffing of the inner thigh and groin region . Caused by presence of friction between the thighs . Which creates a dry sensitive red hive like reaction. Provoked and brought on by the daily walking of an amusement park on a hot sweaty day . Such as Disneyland .
