When a game shows minor details or occurrences in a cutscene. Named after video game giant Capcom, whose games often did this (i.e. Dead Rising series, showing the zombies become more aggressive at night for the first time, and later Resident Evil games, such as showing a broken ladder in a cutscene in RE5)
Guy 1: Dude, it was just a normal enemy that I've killed thousands of times already! Was it necessary to show him in a cutscene that I can't even skip!?

Guy 2: That's bullshit man! This game has Capcom syndrome!
