Sea Cadet that lacks any showing of effort, ability to follow orders, or to even try. Does not complete course work and therefore stays an E-1 his whole worthless life. During unit drills, often pretends to be tying his/her shoes while jogging during PT to avoid working out. Many think this person deserves to die the death of a Communist.
