A sport in which two guys each get a girl and have sex with them from behind. The guys then play rear admiral and try to ram their respective girl into the opposing girl with the goal of knocking her out. The loser is the guy whose girl is knocked unconcious first.
Pat and Ian played bitch jousting last night. Pat's bitch toally cracked her skull on Ian's bitch's shoulder and got knocked out.
