Begged down 

Similar to “bogged down”, except instead of being slowed by mud, one is slowed down by a crushing wave of hobos. Each one of them trying to gain your attention by telling you their depressing life story, in hopes that you’ll give them some spare change.

Dean: "Dude, what took you so long?"

Mike: "I couldn't help it, I had to walk through Bernette Street and when I passed the McDonalds I got begged down by five hobos!”

When someone is overloaded with work.

Greg was bogged down working with excel spreadsheets and power point decks when he would rather be eating coconut buns with his friend Helen.

Bogged downer 

The overwhelming feelings of doom and gloom after receiving shadowy forebodings of the future from any member of the Romanian population.

The current Romanian economic forecasts are bleak, it's a real Bogged downer.
