Originally, a word of gibberish from the youtube video "Drinking out of cups"

It can be used to describe the way you are feeling in a variety of situations, inlcuding frustration and anger, sadness, happiness...etc. Just use it.

or if you've been cut off while driving..."BARN'D!!"
