Racist white people who claim the Disney mermaid (a mythical creature inspired by manatees, dugongs, belugas...) character Ariel can only be white because "The Little Mermaid" was written (as a love letter to Edvard Collin) by Hans Christian Andersen, a 19th century Danish man.
