Aquatic facility’s guy is a nerdy but good looking(I guess?!?) guy that is somehow smart but also a douche. Lowkey confusing how he survives on this planet. Distinguishable by his intensely floppy hair and an overall hilarious addition to the universe. He is also found almost everywhere!
