Anal Baller

Someone, usually male, who allows a male partner to insert his testicles into the anus of the anal baller and then, once the testicles are covered with feces and other anal items, the anal baller places the testicles in his or her mouth and sucks on them.

John: dude, I was at Charlie's house and he wanted me to stick my nuts in his ass so he could suck on them...
Ed: whoa! what an anal baller!

A person who is about to perform anal sex with a willing anal candidate but bails out at the last moment.
