..@.. (or tumble) is when somebody says something they think is funny, but really doesnt amuse the listener, im not quite sure why the word tumble is used in response, but it can be simplified like this ..@..

John: your mom has an hairy asshole, haha
me: ..@.. meh.
John: Wtf man!
