Pocket Rockets is basically when you get dealt a pair of aces in poker (Texas Holdem) which is the best possible starting hand. It can also be referred to when people get extremely lucky with different things/qualities in life. Such as good looks, good at sports etc

Girl: You're so fucking handsome!
Guy: thanks, yeah I guess you can say God gave me Pocket Rockets at birth.
Girl: OMG he certainly did!
