A condition where one doesn't necessarily want to get "Clean and Sober", or go to a rehab center but find thierself arrested and in jail. Therefore they are dealing with thier addiction more by force then by choice while locked up.

She could°nt kick the Habbit while she was out on the street. Now she's jailhabin it.
