Insult used against the Varrio longos 13, hispanic gangs in Long Beach. Mostly used by rival members such as the Tiny Raskal Gang

Sounds like the chongos were getting whooped and had to call backup!

usually used after saying a joke and want to clarify that it was a joke, it was chongo.
