Billy Bob Joe

One of the oldest aliases of a man known as 'Joe Willy'. Billy Bob Joe is a psychopath who flew a remote control plane into a nearby helicopter, killing three civilians in the process. Billy Bob Joe was last seen arguing with the coast guard, saying quote, "I'll blow up Africa in ten years if you don't tell me where Washington D.C is". He later found and raided Washington D.C, killing twelve on duty officers and wounding five more, before escaping through a mine shaft.

Billy Bob Joe is an insane lunatic. Anyone who sees him should shoot on sight.
