It is a segue euphemism for "get lost," "f*ck off," "I'm not interested in you," "never in a million years, you troll," etc. Used mainly in dating or sexually oriented chat.

Get the brbmug. An expression used in IM (MSN, Facebook...etc) conversations. Though technically meaning "be right back", it is more commonly used as an excuse to leave a conversation with a person you don't want to talk to anymore.
