"Chilku" is a mental disorder where a man is sexually attracted to birds (parrots specifically).

It is a state where they let their urges to squeeze the birds (sexually) take over their conscience.

These freaks even try buying the birds on black markets where the prices go up to almost 1-2 lakh.

I don't believe people like abhinav exist, he tried to squeeze their brothers parrot. He's such a chilku.
