A middle class suburb whose population is almost all white. It is not known for its affluence, rather its averageness and lack of character. A result of suburban sprawl, it is easily identifiable by its cookie-cutter subdivisions of glorified track housing.
You might be able to buy more home for the money out there, but you couldn't pay me to live in that whitey ghetto.
