An addiction to any activity on the internet, games, social media sites ie: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest,Instagram etc.

the obsessive compulsion to go online and participate in any of the above.

I started reading my email this morning but got sucked into Pinterest for two hours, and after 100 pins I was so close to a thousand I had to keep pinning! It's worse then my compulsion to check My Facebook page every hour. It's another cyber-diction.

A person that has known and or used technical devices or websites before it was mainstream or known in general. A cyber hipster always tries to be the first one who uses this tech or software. The person doesn't need to be a hipster IRL.

Cyber hipster:'Dude, i know him since he had like 5k subscribers!'

Cyber hipster:'I played Minecraft when it was still called cavegame'
