It's often used to tease Half-Life fans.

Example: Here we have Q, who is a Half-Life fan, and V is going to tease Q.
V: "Hey man, Half-Life 3 just got released!"
Q: "Dih!"

Synonym for cat. Usually house cats, but it refers to the genus of any small feline. Used by commoners in Indiana to insult a cat.
