Dick and Chips

A tray served in county jails that consists of a large curved sausage resembling a penis to along with potato chips. Sometimes referred to as "D and chips", "Donkey D" or simply "D".

Ex. 1-Inmate:"Yo, I got two cakes for your D!"
Ex.2 -C.O.:"Hey, you know what? This guy jails hard; get this guy another dick and chips!"

Dead Dick And Chips

Its like saying dead ass but way better and people are much more likely to believe you than the basic "Dead Ass" and the and chips acts as a on god replacement.
