The idiom 'tips the basket' is a recently invented phrase by one clueless Aussie teen, who legitimately thought it was a saying. 'Tips the basket' is an expression of something going too far, or reaching a certain annoying/irritating end point, but it can also be used in a positive situation.
'tips the basket' examples:
I can't believe she called me a dumb bitch, that really 'tips the basket'.
Not only did the waiter apologise for forgetting our order, but he also gave me a free latte. That really 'tips the basket'

A phrase for when tipping in dogecoin is more common. Whether it is tipping season or not is usually semi-reliant on it’s value. When doge is trending at a higher average people feel more inclined to tip friends, strangers, and workers doge coin.
Despite its name it can happen in any season. Don’t be surprised when it hits $1 and you find people asking if you have a crypto wallet. (.37 as of this post June 4th 2021)

“Did you hear James got tipped 50 doge last night??”
“Yeah, I got tipped 10 at work earlier. It’s tipping season so a lot of people are tipping dogecoin.”
“I wish I had a wallet my friend offered me some last week. Apparently dogecoin started as a meme coin and ended up being a lead coin.”

To "tip the bottle" is to make a mistake, usually drastic. The phrase derives its meaning from the idea that spilling a bottle of liquor or beer is a major fuck-up; tipping (or rather spilling) the bottle.
Tipping The Bottle: "Damn, Draco and Beau tipped the bottle again, I knew we couldn't trust them to do what we asked!"
