So, like, the number of limbs and fingers and stuff would be part of the concrete elements of a people and things like hair color or style or skin color would be peripheral elements. It should have a template for concepts like 'car' and 'people' and then it should be able to build on those templates in a way that's consistent with the prompts.... Yeah, I don't know.
