Under manners is used in a jovial way when someone out with a group of mates ups & leaves because they told you to. Equivalent, but a little more insulting, than under the thumb. I believe it has a west indian/jamaican origin.

I’m trying to take care of my mom. I’m hoping she has at least 20 or 30 years. I’m going to have to start taking care of her.
But I also don’t have a girlfriend or children or a job right now… so I’m pretty worried about my future. My friend said “you know the truth. They don’t.” And said they have more to lose. He says I’m overreacting.
The future is looking really rough for me soon. I’m just worried if I’m going to make it or not.

Put the Bitches under the Camel means putting people in their place, clashing someone. It also means igniting the powder, that is to say, provoking, throwing out information that will annoy people and call into question a finished drama, for example. He is often accompanied by the name "Roman" which is one of the alter ego of New York rapper Nicki Minaj. Known to be mad, it can refer to the urge to hit someone in excess of anger. The etymology of this expression comes from an Instagram group where countless camel images and emojis have been exchanged. It started to be used in the comments of BLACKPINK haters videos on TikTok to say that I quote "if you open your mouth again, you will find your address on Twitter tomorrow, understood?"
Here’s the Definition :
Exemple number 1 : “I’m gonna Put the Bitches under the Camel 🐪 tonight Lmao” (to drop some gossips)
Exemple number 2 : “Roman Put the Bitches like you under the Camel 🐪 “ (in a comment)

A feeling of trust, comfort and intimacy, like a child hiding under a blanket from their parents. Allowing someone under your metaphorical blanket implies letting them into your private world and trusting them.
Being under a blanket
exmp1:
I told you about 'my crisis' not because it might help you, but because you are the one who I want to know about me, "be under my blanket"
exmp2:
A: I don't care if people would or would not be happy that we date. That is mine.
B: What do you mean?
A: You are under my blanket.
exmp3:
A: I've never considered myself being under your blanket.
B: Wow.
