Given to people who can't stop whining (whine), so that's complaining.
Often given to whiners on the internet, on forums but maybe even the most in online games.

whiteboxing 

1. act of asking a someone for their leftover food, especially when it's in styrofoam to-go box.

2. an easy way to eat quality food absolutely free when you're homeless. All you need to do is go to a crowded area with a lot of restaurants and ask everyone holding a styrofoam box, "Are you going to eat the rest of that?"

"Where did all the street kids go?"
"its noon, so right now they're probably whiteboxing on 6th street or the drag."

Whitebox

verb: to ask restaurant patrons for their leftovers as they carry them out (often in white or light brown to-go boxes). It is a more appetizing alternative to dumpster diving for dirty kids/ street kids/ travelers.

Dirty kid 1: Hey lady! If those leftovers get too heavy, I could always carry 'em in my belly!

Lady: Haha sure, here's a little change too.
Dirty kid 2: Damn, we're gonna get fat whiteboxin' this Denny's!
