One who's body shape imitates a thigh, bigger on top and slims down the further down the length of the body. Can be used to denote someone who's topheavy in the breast area.

An individual that is heavier in the lower part of their body, typically in the thigh region. It does not necessarily mean that they are overweight, rather that they have a bit more flesh/fat in the area of the thighs.
