A sidepiece that picks their lips, uses spray tans constantly, and has thick, playable hair. Most katpiece's are more worried about their grades than the D. Their looks are often mysterious, because they undergo a metamorphosis. The main difference between a katpiece and a sidepiece is that the katpiece sticks around the man she loves, but the man never really shows her respect. She's like those fish that swim around sharks, but the sharks won't eat them.

This crack whore right here thinks she is my side piece, but she is really my katpiece. She won't leave me alone, but I do want to play with her hair.
