In my case, my overweight kitty and best buddy, Magoo, is referred to as "ipso fatso" when he insists, at times, to be carried to his food dish. (3) In the feline world, a Garield! >^..^<

Magoo is called Ipso Fatso when he just can't motivate himsel to his food dish to eat AGAIN?!
