pulling a snow sled behind a car.
hookie is a slang term for amish. pulling a sled behind a car like the amish pull a buggy behind a horse.
bobbing would come from bobsledding. as usually there would be a team of 3 on the sled at a time.

During winter my friends and i go hookiebobbin.
