Anyone who hates the American pop singer Ke$ha on grounds of her image. They will often reference her hair and wardrobe as reasons for their opinion while also looking at her choice of lyrics as definite proof of her slutatiousness.

-Dude, that Lizzie chick totally is a Ke$hater. I heard her call Ke$ha a trashy hoe earlier.

-Yeah, man, you're right. Such a Ke$hater.
