Noun- Someone who manipulates you while being a cunt lip. Someone, usually female, who uses unfair tactics such as turning an argument around on the guy, making hime feel guilty and manipulating that guilt for her own personal gain.

She totally scammed you!! She was clearly in the wrong, started crying, and you caved.....what a lipnipulator.
