When you are in terms of optimisim at any point in your life, do not have your hopes up. When you are in terms of Pessimism at any point in your life be percautious for the worst but do not dwell. Expect the unexpected.

When your at a point that you feel that you dont want to haver your hopes up and you dont want to think the worst. Expect the unexpected (expectamistic).
