Describes an old joy: something antique or aged, was once spontaneous, but now is a dull treasure from the past. Ancient fun. Derived from the combination of "fril", the shortening of "frilly", usually used to describe a shag ruf, with "gre", a hip shortening of "grey", used to describe something aged or from the past often having some sort of sentimental value.
