Somebody of non Mexican descent who acts like and wishes they were of Mexican descent.

Wigger is to nigger as wannabeaner is to Mexican.

Joe: "Hey, have you seen the new kid in English? I've never seen a Mexican named Clark."

Ted: "That's because he's white. He's a total wannabeaner."
