Commonly used by very STRANGE children while falling or having a grand old time. If a child uses this it most likely means they will be in danger in the near future.

WHOOPDY SKA DO!!!!!!!! (while being pulled by his dog on rollerblades, then trips over the sidewalk, and lands on his arm) "MOM, hand broken, broken hand!!!!!"
