ball scraper 

A dump so big it reaches from your anus to the bottom of the toilet. When you pinch it off, the turd falls over and scrapes your balls.

I was constipated all weekend. Went to Starbucks this morning, got a Venti. Just dropped a ball scraper and now I feel much better... aside from having poop under my balls.
