person owning a guitar, who claims to be able to play it, but cant actually.

Timmy: I play guitar!
Logan: really? me too!
Timmy: cool!
Logan: Let's hear!
Timmy ("playing" guitar): screee chhuiuou scraw!
Logan: what the hell was that?
Timmy: Louie Louie, wasnt it great?
Logan: you aren't a guitar player! you're a guitar rapist
Timmy: ouch...
