A person who takes great pleasure in creating chaos. They tend to be always in the room when shit goes down, but will never own up to being the initiator. They're the person you would least suspect as they like to present themselves as a Lego building, Pokémon card collecting, laid-back kind of person. You can always identify a Saven from their hydroflask, typically covered in stickers that symbolize their inner demons.

"Dude, that guy is like, always here when shit is going down."
"Oh him? Yeah he's constantly starting shit, a total Saven."
