Noodle Brow 

When a person has the arch of their eyebrow resemble a macaroni noodle. This occurs achieved when the individual uses the over pluckage technique.

Phil: Hey did you see that girl Monique, whats up with those brows.

Colleen: She crazy over plucks... she had insane noodle brow.

Phil: Someone needs to tell her to put those tweezers away.
