Chewy, tough, fried cheese.

Often found on the edge of (as a result of overflow) a cheese based food.. as in a grilled cheese sandwich, or the corner piece of a tray of baked mac n' cheese. This vegetarian jerky is prized by many oily-lipped gluttons.
